All products will be shipped as soon as possible upon payment being recieved and stock availability. Delivery will normally be within 14 days, but we do ask that you allow 21 days to be on the safeside and no orders will not be sent out until payment clears. Most items may be shipped a lot sooner, if you are needing your wholesale order by a certain date, perhaps for a show, shop opening or event, please email us prior to your purchase and we will be able to give you a more accurate timescale. Also please note that some items may be shipped separately to others you may have ordered. Delivery is FREE for all orders placed on this website. We operate a strict minimum order level of £200.00 for wholesale orders. If you place and process an order under this amount we will contact you and you will be given the choice to cancel or up your order level to meet our minimums. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail or a suitable courier, including DHL, TNT and FEDEX. Plain packaging bags and boxes will be used at all times with no indication to the contents on the outer of the packaging. European buyers pay £25.00 postage for up to £500 orders. You will pay £40.00 delivery for orders large than this size. USA pay £35.00 Postage for up to £300.00. They pay £60.00 delivery for larger orders.

Due to the nature of these products - No refunds or exchanges unless the goods do not comply with the Sale Of Goods Act (e.g. faulty/damaged/misrepresented). Any exchanges for other reasons will be at the discretion of the Management and on a "like for like" basis, no alternatives. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return.

For reasons of hygiene no products whatsoever can be returned once item has been worn. This includes but is not limited to if the product has been tried on. Please check all products carefully before trying on or removing any tags/labels etc.

Rubber Clothing and underwear sold in this store will not be exchanged for any reason. It is very thin Latex designed for one time fun/mild use only and is easily torn. (It is best to apply talc first!) Please do not buy Rubber products unless you accept these terms.

Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 7 days of reciept of product. Contact must be made within 3 days of reciept of product to obtain a retuns number.

All goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery with a valid Sales Receipt, please keep proof of posting.

Please be sure to order the correct sizes and colours required. If no size/colour is specified the most popular will be sent. Returns will only be accepted for faults or misrepresentation of products. Size guideles can be found in the information section on this site. Different ranges may have different sizing, please see the size chart, or contact us for details if you are not sure.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

We have a policy to respect your privacy. We will only ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing and delivery addresses to process your order. We never store any credit/debit card information. We will never pass your details on to any third party.
